The “Fasih” program is based on enriching the student with the subtleties of the Arabic language. Developing his linguistic wealth with vocabulary and synonyms. And strengthening its connection with rhetoric and literature - poetry and prose. The program also adds to the student of the language of Dhaad the study of rhetorical texts in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and knowledge of the aspects of Arabic rhetoric in the miraculous Book of God, and in the speech of the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, contained in his hadiths - aspects of its beauty. The science of the Arabic language was combined with the science of Sharia - in two combinations. Al-Shatibi - may God sanctify his pure soul - said: “The Sharia is Arabic, and if it is Arabic, it will not be understood properly except by those who truly understand the Arabic language.” It is also considered a foundation for building a good personality. Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God bless his soul, said: “Learn Arabic, for it strengthens the mind and increases chivalry.”
The program targets teachers of the Arabic language and those who are proficient in the Arabic language - speaking. In order to develop their language; Enabling them to master and improve the higher skills of the Arabic language, keep up with their predecessors among foreign Arabic scholars, and employ the Arabic language in different qualitative fields. Only specialists and special people can do it.
The Arabic language has virtue, importance and status. When God Almighty chose it as a tongue for His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and revealed it to him as a book; She has all the care and preference. From this standpoint, the importance of the program lies in building a group of specialists in the Arabic language from non-natives, and making the Arabic language a fluent language familiar to the learner. As the program enables the learner to be able to translate from the Arabic language into his mother tongue, and to have a broader knowledge of the relationship between language and culture, there is no doubt that understanding the Arabic language accurately helps the learner - clearly - to understand the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and then: the ability to deduce Rulings, as well as understanding the sciences of rhetoric, grammar, poetry and literature.
Promoting positive attitudes among students towards learning the Arabic language and understanding the meanings of the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and science.
Working to provide the student with a number of life skills; Such as: communication skills, leadership skills, etc.
Enhancing students’ affiliation with the Arabic language by learning about the characteristics of the Arabic language that distinguish it from all other languages.
Raising the level of foreign students who speak the Arabic language fluently in the field of rhetoric, Arabic and pre-Islamic literature and poetry.
Enabling students to master the skills of writing research, studies, and official and social correspondence in the Arabic language.
Helping students to acquire public speaking and delivery skills in Arabic and the ability to influence the Arab listener to achieve the speaker’s goals.
Helping students to recognize some aspects of eloquence and eloquence in the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet.

The student participating in the program is required to adhere to all program regulations. The most important of these are speaking Arabic constantly, attending all lectures and activities, performing the obligatory duties and projects included in the program, not violating the regulations and instructions - whether in the training center or in the housing designated for students, and not engaging in any illegal or inappropriate activity. If the student violates the instructions - the instruction document that is expected by the student and the educational institution before the learner travels - then the company that owns the project, “Taba Company,” has the right to suspend the student from the program and return him to the state of Kyrgyzstan. The learner will be charged the costs of return travel tickets.
